Customisation
Due to popular demand, we are now offering customisation across the whole range of dog merchandise. If you want to get your dogs name on their new collar, or your mobile number in case they get lost, or even a message like ‘Plays well with others’ on their new lead, we can do it. Just let us know the details in the form that pops up when you ‘add to cart’ and leave it with us!
A few things to note:
Please allow 2-3 weeks processing time for custom items before your order is shipped.
Any additional items in an order will be held until the custom items are ready and posted together.
Please purchase this service for each piece you want customised. Eg. 3 collars with names = 3 x customisations
Please let us know if you have any specific requests for text colour, font type ect or it will default to white.
Please make sure you let us know which customisation belongs with which item if purchasing multiple e.g Blue collar - Buddy
